Helping heroes every mile and every hole
Checking Off Bucket List Courses
Another few days are in the books on the Golfers Unite Road Trip. Time for a recap!

Helping Heroes one hole and one Mile at a time
A Few Days in the Lake of the Ozarks
The engines are humming and the road trip is officially in high gear. Jeff is currently navigating a golfer’s paradise in the Lake of the Ozarks region, ticking off dream-round courses faster than we can keep up.
It has been a whirlwind of pristine fairways and breathtaking views starting this past Wednesday, when Jeff conquered Ledge Stone Golf Course in Branson, Missouri. Known for its dramatic elevation changes and signature Ozark scenery, it was the perfect start to this leg of the trip. Thursday, the focus shifts to the legendary Big Cedar Lodge. For those who have never seen the driving range there, "unreal" is an understatement; it is truly a sight to behold. Looking ahead to Friday, the goal is to get onto Payne’s Valley. It is a tough tee time to snag, but Jeff is on it and will be sure to keep everyone updated on his progress.
Beyond the beautiful scenery, we have some incredibly moving news to share. PGA Tour Pro Jimmy Stanger has officially joined the journey. Jimmy and Jeff are teaming up for Birdies for Hope, a foundation Jimmy started with a mission that goes far beyond the scorecard. The foundation is dedicated to building churches in communities that need them most.
So far, Birdies for Hope has successfully built nine churches and is currently working on its tenth. The mission is simple but powerful: every single birdie Jimmy and Jeff make during this trip triggers another donation toward this great cause.
This journey is about more than just great golf; it is about making every stroke count for something bigger. We invite you to follow along as the miles and birdies add up. Please donate if you can, share our story if you cannot, and definitely hit us up if we are swinging through your area. Let’s keep the momentum going for church number ten!

🛠️ Powered by: Appreciate Your Service
This mission is powered by Jeff’s nonprofit, Appreciate Your Service, focused on closing the transportation gap that can limit opportunity and independence for veterans and first responders.
Instead of one-size-fits-all aid, Appreciate Your Service provides practical, meaningful support that keeps people moving forward—covering costs like repairs, tires, oil changes, and essential maintenance that help extend the life of a vehicle.
When a vehicle becomes unreliable or inaccessible, it can create unnecessary obstacles. AYS exists to help remove those barriers—so veterans can stay focused on work, family, and the next chapter of their journey.
This road trip represents the next step in that mission: helping place a reliable vehicle directly into the hands of a veteran who will put it to use right away.
