SO NOW WHAT HAPPENS?
- Upon approval we schedule the interview (confirm date and time) - Segments are 16 minutes each (depending on the guest multiple segments can be recorded in one session)
- An invite will come from an @golfersunite.com email address (either Jeff or Emily) which will include a Google Meet link
- Please confirm the meeting when received.

- Meeting is recorded and digital assets will be made availlbe for guests after the show airs
- Before or after the actual recording the timeline for airing live will be discussed.
Typical Agenda For Interview - 16 Minute Segments
This interview is very conversational and friendly. It is not a "Got Ya" type of show, so relax and enjoy!
1. Jeff kicks off the show introducing special guest (usually sets tone for the discussion and topic)
2. Question and Answers (warm up questions related to our meeting/business/current events/etc - gets dialogue going)
3. Diving into the topic(s) - setting the table up to dive in further on the area of expertise related to the golf industry (usually can expect to discuss, getting started, where at today, where trends are going.
4. Conclusion - as we get closer to the end, I will summarize the conversation and conclude it myself (if we are a bit tight on time), or ask you a final quesiton which should be answered in about a minute.
PRO TIPS! IF INTERVIEW IS CONFIRMED.
DO
- Be on time, and let us know if you are running late
- Be in a good, quiet place
- Have good signals for connectivity
- Turn off any alarms, ringers, TVs, ect that may cause a distraction during recording.
- Keep answers no longer than a minute or two.
- Be prepared for host to step in occasionally to keep moving, remind audience of the show and guest, and thank sponsors. Watch and listen for indicators that the host needs the floor again.
- If you wish to tell others, the stations for the broadcast is on The Big 8 Sports Radio AM 820 and will run on:
- Saturday Mornings from 8 AM - 9 AM.

- Watch and listen to one or two episodes of the show prior to your recording so you can get a feel of how it works and flows - You can do that by going to the YouTube Channel.
- Speak clearly and enunciate
- Know how you would like people to contact you for more information
- Web Site, Social Pages, Email, Phone
- You don’t need to share them all, but maybe one or two of your preferred methods.
DO NOT
- Use any profanity
- Slander anyone
- Make fictitious statements
- Read from Scripts
- Be long-winded (maybe a minute or two max for an answer/comment)
- Plug an event of anytype that may be within a month of airing. I will do my best to accommodate you if there is an event you want to share…
THE RECORDING IS DONE NOW WHAT?
- The system will create the MP4 File
- Golfers Unite will parse the file to create the Audio File for the Radio Station (MP3)
- The show will get scheduled and we will communicate the air date, episode number, and segment to you
- You can post / tag / share with others to listen in (streaming link provided above)
- After the episode airs Golfers Unite will send the video recording to you for your own marketing usage. If you use it, we would ask that you tag, mention, and/or comment us on the appropriate channels.
- Golfers Unite will also post the segment on its YouTube channel and may do teasers or post clips of the show for its marketing purposes. We will tag/comment/mention you as well.
