Helping heroes every mile and every hole
Golfers Unite is Going on a Road Trip!
Jeff is hitting the road with one mission: to help provide a veteran with a vehicle. Follow along on this incredible journey as it unfolds.

Helping Heroes one hole and one Mile at a time
⛳ Golfers Unite: The Epic Road Trip for Heroes
Golfers Unite is hitting the road for a purpose-driven journey across the country—connecting through golf and supporting veterans and first responders by helping remove one of life’s biggest barriers: reliable transportation.
Many veterans are transitioning into civilian life, careers, and daily routines where dependable transportation plays a key role—getting to work, medical appointments, and staying connected to their communities. Through this road trip, our goal is simple: by the end of the journey, provide a veteran with a reliable vehicle to support their next chapter.
This trip is about more than golf. It’s about connection, community, and momentum. Every round played, every mile driven, and every conversation along the way helps move this mission forward.
📍 The Journey
The trip begins at Jeff’s home course, Avila Country Club, and spans nearly two months on the road with a potential finish at the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills in New York.
Along the way, Jeff will be teeing it up with supporters, creators, and veterans—sharing stories, building relationships, and growing awareness for the mission behind Appreciate Your Service.
The Tentative Itinerary:
May 6: Tampa, FL (Avila CC Kickoff)
May 7: Alabama
May 8: Mississippi
May 9: Ole Miss
May 11: Little Rock, AR
May 13: Kansas City, MO
May 15: Nashville, TN
June 7: Grand Rapids, MI
Mid-June: Possible finish at the U.S. Open in NY
or return south toward Tampa
🛠️ Powered by: Appreciate Your Service
This mission is powered by Jeff’s nonprofit, Appreciate Your Service, focused on closing the transportation gap that can limit opportunity and independence for veterans and first responders.
Instead of one-size-fits-all aid, Appreciate Your Service provides practical, meaningful support that keeps people moving forward—covering costs like repairs, tires, oil changes, and essential maintenance that help extend the life of a vehicle.
When a vehicle becomes unreliable or inaccessible, it can create unnecessary obstacles. AYS exists to help remove those barriers—so veterans can stay focused on work, family, and the next chapter of their journey.
This road trip represents the next step in that mission: helping place a reliable vehicle directly into the hands of a veteran who will put it to use right away.
